"Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I had to sell my house and decided to ask Paul McConnon to come and value it. He arrived and was extremely kind to me at this very difficult time.

"I stumbled across McConnon Estates after noticing one of there For Sale signs on another house in my estate.  A sucker for smaller family run businesses,  I opted to ring these guys up first when I was ready to sell my own house.  I was not disappointed.

Paul McConnon himself took my call.  He showed a genuine eagerness and enthusiasm to help with any of my questions.  He made me feel very at ease - you all know stressful the whole process can be!

The house (pictures et al) were up on myhome.ie, daft.ie, and there own website within 24 hours of first speaking to Paul.  I had my first viewings the following evening.  The house was Sold the same week.  The sale price agreed was not expected.  It was well over what I anticipated.

"Being a first time buyer the whole process of buying a house seemed very scary and confusing, especially seeing the stress that friends and family had gone through while trying to buy a property.  I did'nt know where to start!

Dealing with Paul made the whole process so simple and kept the stress to an absolute minimum. He explained everything to me and could'nt do enough to help.  He kept in weekely contact and was always available to answer any questions I had or alleviateany worries.

"When we made the nervous decision to sell our home in Swords and move to Ratoath, Paul McConnon valued the property for us and from the moment we met him we were confident that he was the right man for the job.  Paul told us upfront exactly how long he expected it to take to achieve "Sale Agreed" on the house and what price he expected to achieve.  The next day the sign was up and one week later the house was "Sale Agreed".  Not only were we surprised with the speed that Paul achieved for us what he said he would but he had also found us a new home in Ratoath.

Moving home is from our experience a stressful time but Paul was extremely professional and always reassured us that things were going along as they should and when things can get delayed as can happen, he did everything within his power to get things back on track without having to be asked.  We are sure Paul went out of his way to help us and this definitely reduced the stress for us.  Paul keeps in regular contact with all parties involved and this meant that most problems were resolved before they even had time to become an issue.

Paul conducts alot of his business by mobile and text messaging and we think this is definitely the way to go, if we needed to ask advise or clarification on something a quick text message (even in the evening time, when your mind does tend to wander....) and he would reply in a few minutes and your mind would be at ease again.

"In terms of finding a company that will give you a premium service I would look no further than McConnons.  We were selling our first house and did'nt have any experience in the selling of property. We were dubious about Estate Agents at the start and were looking to give our business we could trust, who would work with us and for us rather than being just another client on the list.  We wanted to work with someone who was going to do their best for us and would give us good customer service.
